We then start planning the event itself; Everything from venue selection, floor planning, sales management, budgeting, customer relations, to logistics services and contractor deals. Every detail is written down and the event execution is planned minute by minute.

The build-up, the branding & furbishing, opening of the doors, meeting the exhibitors, greeting the visitors. We manage the event for you on site, dealing with technical issues, venue management, visitor analytics, off-site events.
